Saturday, July 6: 10:00 a.m. Andy's Orchard: book signing/author talk. This one will be pretty jammed (to coin a phrase) as Andy is famous for his more-than-twenty-varieties of apricots and will be holding a tasting, orchard talk, and you-pick-it as part of the fun. Sunday, July 7: 2;00 p.m. Los Altos Hills Town Hall: author talk followed by a book signing and an all-apricot reception! This will be crowded too, as it will benefit, the Los Altos Hills History Committee, the Los Altos Hills Historical Society, and the Los Altos History Museum, so don't be late! 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, CA. 94022.  650-941-7222. 

Sunday, July 14: 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunnyvale Author's Day: book sale and signing.  Heritage Park Museum, 570 East Remington Drive, Sunnyvale, CA. 94087. 408-749-0220.

Tuesday, July 16: 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. Los Altos Kiwanis Club: author presentation. I won't plan to sell books, but if you buy them in advance (the Los Altos History Museum is just up the road) I will be happy to sign them. Village Court  Shopping Center, State Farm Conference Room, near El Camino Real and San Antonio Road, Los Altos, California.

Thursday, August 29: 7:00 p.m. Books, Inc.: author presentation and book signing.  301 Castro Street, Mountain View, CA. 94040. 650-428-1234. This one will be fun, as it is just before Labor Day Weekend, and Castro Street, on a Thursday evening, is a great place to stroll among the techies and dine at one of Mountain View's many wonderful restaurants.
